Returns Policy

We believe in the items we sell and we want you to be happy too. However, there may be times when you are not so satisfied with the items. Refunds will be given for all faulty items, excluding earrings and belly bars.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods and you should obtain proof of postage. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as at point of sale. A refund of the full purchase price will be given less postage and packing charges. If returning an item please make sure that you include your full name and address, a contact phone number and the order number. No reason is needed, but feedback is appreciated. Please be aware that a refund will not be given if the item has been damaged in any way.
